带有初始缺陷锥柱结构在冲击载荷作用下的动态断裂研究

【摘要】 现代战争中,潜艇不可避免地会受到来自水中的非接触爆炸冲击波的作用,在冲击载荷的作用下,结构极易从裂纹处发生突然脆性断裂,造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。本文基于大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了带有初始表面裂纹的潜艇典型结构在不同下潜深度、不同爆心到船壳距离R和不同作用方位冲击载荷作用下的动态应力强度因子及其最大值与冲击因子的变化规律,然后以921A钢为例对多种工况下结构是否发生失稳断裂作出初步判断。
【Abstract】 In modern war,submarines are inevitably affected by contactless shock wave from water and it is easily brittle fractured under impact loading.It will cause huge casualties and property losses.Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,the dynamic stress intensity factor and the variety law of its maximum value along with the impulsive factor of the typical structures of the submarine with a initial surface crack are researched in this paper.Different depth of the submarine、different distance from the blast center and different orientation of blast point and ship are considered.Then taking 921A steel for example,the unstable fractured of the typical structure of the submarine is preliminary judged under the various conditions.
