高强钢锥柱结合壳焊接残余应力的数值模拟和试验研究

【摘要】 本文首先基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,利用其APDL语言开发了相应的焊接程序,对高强钢锥柱结合壳模型凸锥处环焊缝的焊接过程进行模拟,得到焊接残余应力的大小和分布;然后采用X射线无损检测方法对焊缝区域进行残余应力测量。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验测量值是相吻合的,在焊缝焊趾处存在着较大的焊接残余应力,在熔合线外,随着距焊缝中心线距离的增加残余应力值迅速下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,firstly,the welding procedure was developed with APDL of ANSYS.Secondly,the results and distribution of welding residual stress were obtained by simulating the welding process of the link welded joint on convex cone place of the submarine cone-cylinder pressure hull.Finally,the residual stress distribution in the welded joint region was measured by the way of X-ray Non-destructive testing.The results represented that:the results of numerical simulation coincided with the experimental measure results.There was large residual stress in the toe of the welding joint.In addition, the further from the centerline of the welding line,the less residual stress outside of the fusion line.
