大型船舶结构焊接变形固有应变法预测研究

【摘要】 大型复杂船舶结构在焊接过程中产生的焊接变形会使结构强度降低,精确预测和控制焊接变形是实现精度制造的要求.本文介绍了焊接变形预测固有应变法的应用现状,并利用固有应变理论对大型复杂LNG液舱结构的焊接变形进行预测。
【Abstract】 Welded Deformations of large complicated structure will reduce the structure strength.Developing aprecise method to predict and control the deformations essential for modern and accuracy shipbuilding.The paper has researched general review of prediction methods of welding deformation based on inherent strain method,and elastic shell element FEM on the basis of inherent strain was applied to predict welding deformation of the local and the whole structure of tank.
