水下爆炸冲击载荷下激光焊接夹层板动态响应分析

【摘要】 本文基于舰船加筋板架进行了V型、X型激光焊接夹层板概念设计,利用数值仿真软件MSC.Dytran分析了水下爆炸冲击波载荷作用下夹层板的损伤机理,通过分析流固耦合力、变形、吸能及速度、加速度对夹层板的抗冲击性能进行评估,并分析了夹层板在不同冲击因子下的防护性能。研究表明:两种激光焊接夹层板在冲击波载荷作用下流固耦合力减小、变形减小、吸能增加,表现出良好的抗冲击性能;夹芯层易于压溃使得夹层板结构对冲击波冲量吸收及传递减小,同时吸收较多的能量,是很好的缓冲器、吸能器,对夹层板结构的抗冲击性能起关键作用。
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the performance of shock resistance on laser-welded metallic sandwich panels subjected to underwater explosive loads.First,two types of core configuration of sandwich panel were designed out basing on stiffener panel,such as V-core and X-core.Second,the response of panels and stiffened panel,including fluid-structure interaction force,deformation,energy absorption,velocity and acceleration,were measured and compared by finite element software MSC.Dytran.At last,four impact indexes were selected for researching the performance of shock resistance.The results indicate that two laser-welded metallic sandwich panels offer excellent shock resistance.The benefits of sandwich panel arise from a reduced momentum transfer the water to the structure,combined with shock mitigation by core crushing,as well as enhanced the capability of energy absorption.The core structures play an important role in shock resistance.
