结构不连续对输流管道振动波传播的控制影响

【摘要】 本文将法兰、加强环等管路附件考虑为结构不连续,利用Flügge壳体理论和Helmholtz方程建立流场中管道的振动微分方程,将结构不连续构件处理成圆环,考虑不连续构件与壳体的力和位移连续条件,采用波传播方法求取了输流管道在外激励作用下的结构响应,计算了结构的传播能量流,从能量流的角度分析了不连续构件对入射波的反射与透射情况。研究发现入射波频率、不连续构件的结构参数和边界条件等对振动波传播有较大影响。研究结论对于工程实际中控制输流管道的振动具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 Pipelines are widely used in numerous fields,such as oil gas conveying,ship pipelines,chemical machine,water and heating supply,etc.Vibration control of pipelines is meaningful in both industry and national defence area.Stuctural discontinuities will have an effect on the vibration and noise propagation of pipe conveying fluid.In the work,considered the flange and strengthening ring as stuctural discontinuities,the vibration equations are established by Fl(u|¨)gge shell theory and Helmholtz equation.Stuctural discontinuities are disposed as rings,and displacement and force continuous condition between shell and component are considered.Then,the response of a cylindrical pipe conveying fluid excited by an external excitation is obtained by the wave propagation approach.Propagation energy flow is computed,and reflection and transmission are studied in the view of energy flow.The numerical results indicate that incident wave frequency,structural parametrics and boundary condition will have a great influence on vibration wave propagation.The conclusion may be valuable to the vibration control of pipe conveying fluid in practice.
