铸造企业PDM系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 对于铸造企业来说,定型产品的生产和新产品的研发是企业可持续发展的必由之路,这两方面都涉及到大量的文档,如何有效的管理这些文档是铸造企业走可持续发展道路必须解决的问题。鉴于此,本文针对目前我国铸造企业PDM的实际情况,结合现代PDM系统的特点,研究开发了一套适合铸造企业使用的PDM系统。该系统以管理铸造企业各个部门的一般文档为基础,以管理铸造企业技术部门的与铸件相关的CAD/CAE等文件为核心,以文件工作流、文件共享、文件权限设置等为管理形式,为企业提供了一个带有权限机制的协同工作的环境,提高了企业信息的共享性、安全性和完整性,增进了铸造企业研发新产品的能力,提升了铸造企业的管理水平和产品的市场竞争力。最后以华铸实验室管理CAD、CAE等文档为例,验证了该系统的实用性。

【Abstract】 For foundry enterprises,the production of stereotyped products and the development of new products which involve lots of documents are the only way for sustainable development of enterprises.How to manage these documents effectively is a problem that must be solved for foundry enterprises which want to acquire sustainable development.For this reason,combined with the actual situation of foundry enterprises and the characteristics of latest PDM System,a product data management system which is suit for foundry enterprises is developed.Based on managing files in various departments of foundry enterprises,the system primarily manages CAD/CAE files from technology department of foundry enterprises.By the way of setting the permission,sharing and workflow of files,it could provide collaborative environment of enterprises for people to work efficiently,enhance the share,security and integrality of enterprise information,promote the ability to develop new product and improve the management level and market competitiveness of product.Finally,the system’s practicality is verified by application that huazhu laboratory manages CAD、CAE files and other documents by the system.
