汽车车轮的生命周期评价

【摘要】 本文用生命周期评价方法,对用钢材、铝合金和镁合金制成的车轮的资源消耗、能源消耗和环境污染等方面进行了研究。结果表明,镁合金资源优势突出而机械性能上与铝合金相近,其综合评价指标优于钢材、铝合金两者,代表了未来的发展趋势。钢材、铝合金和镁合金制成的车轮的评价指数分别为127、139和151。但是,由于镁合金防耐腐蚀方面的技术瓶颈,目前限制了镁合金的应用范围。本文在影响评价中采用了半定量相结合的评价方法,而在清单分析中,为高效的完成本次研究,则以主要污染物的分析为主。
【Abstract】 To comply with the growing demand for life cycle environmental effect,Life cycle assessment was carried out for producing wheels made from steel,aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy.The main emphasis was placed on the resource consumption,the energy consumption and the environmental pollution.The result shows that the resource advantage of magnesium alloy were highlighted,and its’ mechanical properties were similar to that of aluminum alloy,and the general indicator of magnesium alloy is superior to that steel and aluminum alloy wheels,and magnesium alloy wheels stands for the future development tendency.Thereinto,the evaluation index of steel wheel,aluminum alloy wheel and magnesium alloy wheels is 127,139 and 151 respectively.
