【摘要】 论述了中国实型(消失模)铸造行业发展的动态,分析了中国实型(消失模)铸造产业的生产规模、铸件类型、装备水平、工装模具、原辅材料等,并对生产的技术水平、铸件质量进行了分析。在铸件生产企业中具有代表性的山西华恩机械制造有限公司、陕西法士特集团铸造公司基本上代表了中国消失模铸件生产的技术水平。东风汽车通用铸锻厂、泊头市青峰机械有限公司、泊头东建铸造公司等企业在实型(消失模)铸件生产上代表了中国水平,具有鲜明的中国特色。同时展望了中国实型(消失模)铸造产业发展的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The developments of Full Mold(FM) and Lost Foam Casting Process(LFC) in China were discussed.The industrial scale,casting types,equipment level,process tools and mold,raw and auxiliary materials and so on for FM and LFC in China were analyzed.And the production engineering level and FM and LFC casting product quality were analyzed too.In LFC castings production corporation,Shanxi Hua’en Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.And Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Company Foundry division are representatives of the nowaday engineering level on LFC in China.Botou East Built Casting Tools Co.,Ltd.and Botou Qingfeng Machine Co.,Ltd.are respectively the representatives of the foundries for FM castings and maximal LFC castings in China,they possess bright China features.Simultaneously the developing tendency of FM and LFC in China were prospected in this paper.更多还原
