超细铜线拉制过程中断线原因分析与解决对策

【摘要】 超细铜线是一种具有广泛应用前景的高技术产品,其生产难度较大,在生产过程中常常发生断线,困扰其正常生产。本文通过对超细铜线拉制过程中断线断口的显微分析,探索了超细铜线拉制时断线的产生原因,认为断线产生原因包括铜线坯的气孔、疏松、夹杂、表面缺陷、塑性不足以及铜线变形不均、变形力过大、工模具损耗、设备精度及平稳性等。在缺陷分析及大量工业实践的基础上提出了断线的解决对策,认为通过原材料优选、模具优化、润滑剂合理选择以及设备优化等措施可大大减少断线的发生,可实现超细铜线的正常生产。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fine copper wire is a kind of high-tech products,has wide application prospect.But its production difficult, often in the production process is broken,troubled by their normal production.Based on the analysis of Break’s the microscopic fracture during ultra-fine copper wire drawing process,explore the causes of Break that causes break,including copper billet vents,loose,inclusions,surface defects,deficiencies,and plastic deformation of copper uneven deformation force is too large,die wear and tear,such as equipment,precision and smoothness.In a large number of defect analysis and industrial practice based on the proposed disconnection of the countermeasures that preferred by raw materials,mold optimization,a reasonable choice of lubricants and equipment optimization measures can greatly reduce the incidence of disconnection, enabling the normal ultra-fine copper wire produce.
