Si含量对铸态C72500合金的组织及性能影响

【摘要】 本文以C72500(Cu-9.5Ni-2.3Sn)合金为研究对象,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪等,分析研究了Si含量分别为0.15%、0.20%、0.25%对C72500合金铸锭的显微组织、电导率、硬度值的影响。试验研究表明:随着Si含量的增加,合金铸态组织呈现明显的树枝晶状,且枝晶越发达。添加si后,合金组织中出现了Ni3Si、Ni2Si强化相,合金铸锭的电导率、硬度随Si含量的增加而增大。当Si含量增加到0.25%时,合金铸锭的电导率为11.8%IACS,布氏硬度为171.7 N/mm2。
【Abstract】 The C72500(Cu-9.5Ni-2.3Sn) alloy was studied in the paper.The effects of silicon content(0.15 wt%,0.20 wt% and 0.25wt%) on the microstructure and performance,conductivity and hardness of C72500 alloy were investigated by metallographic microscopy,scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and other equipments.The results show that with the increase of silicon content,the dendrite structure become obviously as cast.Ni2Si and Ni3Si strengthening phase appear with the raise of silicon content in the alloy.The electrical conductivity and hardness of the alloys enhance with the increase of silicon content.When the silicon content reaches 0.25%,the peak conductivity and hardness of alloy as-cast is 11.8%1ACS and 171.7 N/mm2 respectively.
