AM50镁合金板材的拉伸过程介观应变各向异性研究

【摘要】 论文针对轧制AM50镁合金板材拉伸实验过程进行了介观区域的测量,并进行了横向和纵向的拉伸实验对比。研究发现沿轧制方向拉伸的镁合金板材应变分布较为均匀,沿横向拉伸的镁合金板材出现高应变分布集中现象,其最大的等效应变可达0.1056。通过对应变分布的计算与分析,预测了试件开裂位置与裂纹的走向,并在拉伸实验中得到了验证。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the strain distribution in mescoscopic scale was measured during tension test process,and in order to quantitatively describe the anisotropic properties the specimen along the rolling direction and the transverse of AM50 magnesium alloy plate were taken.The experimental results show that the strain distribution of magnesium alloy plate are more uniform along the direction of the rolling,and it appears high strain distribution concentrated phenomenon along the direction of the transverse,and the biggest equivalent strain reached 0.1056.Through the experiment and analysis,the position of crack forming can be predicted according to the local equivalent strain distribution.
