AZ31镁合金冷轧管材道次间退火工艺与再结晶动力学研究

【摘要】 研究了AZ31镁合金管材冷轧后的组织变化,以及退火温度和保温时间对轧制后镁合金管材组织的影响。当轧制退火温度300℃,保温90min,然后空冷的中间退火工艺可以实现晶粒的细化,平均晶粒尺寸为9.8um,有利于进一步的轧制变形。通过对静态再结晶动力学的分析,可以得出用静态再结晶体积分数和退火时间的关系。
【Abstract】 The impact of the annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure of the cold rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy pipe were studied.The experimental results show that when the annealing temperature is 300 centigrade and air cooling after holding time is about 90 minutes,the finer grain size can be got that the averaged grain size is about 9.8μm, which is benefited to improve its rolling deformation ability.The relationship between the recrystallization fraction and annealing time can be got by analysising kinetic of static recrystallization of AZ31.
