从转炉富钴渣中回收钴的研究
A study on recovery of cobalt from cobalt-enriched slag

【摘要】 铜冶炼过程中产生的转炉渣含有铜、钴、镍等有价金属,从转炉渣中回收铜、钴、镍等有价金属具有重要经济价值和环保意义。本文以赞比亚谦比希铜冶炼厂的转炉渣为原料,对转炉渣中有价金属的富集、回收进行了详细的研究。转炉渣的矿物学研究表明,赞比亚谦比希转炉渣的主要物相为磁铁矿(Fe3O4)、金属铜和二氧化硅,并伴有少量的铁橄榄石相。大部分的铜以金属铜形式存在,少量铜以硫化铜、硫化亚铜的形式存在,而大部分的钴以氧化物的形态存在于转炉渣中。还原硫化熔炼是在还原熔炼的基础上,加入硫化亚铁为硫化剂获得钴铜锍。在高温还原过程中,硫化亚铁形成锍滴,被还原出来的铜、钴、铁金属及转炉渣中的金属硫化物富集到锍体中,形成钴铜锍,从而与贫化渣实现分层。铜的回收率达到了97.72%,钴的回收率达到了95.94%。贫化渣的主要物相为铁橄榄石和铁尖晶石,钴铜锍中的主要物相为斑铜矿(Cu5FeS4)和金属铁,钴主要存在于铜锍中。
【Abstract】 Metal values,such as copper,cobalt and nickel are present in converter slag of the copper smelter,it is very important for economy and environmental protection to recover these valuable metals.The converter slag is supplied by Chambishi Copper in Zambia.In order to enrich,separate and extract these valuable metals,the theory was studied in detail in this paper. A mineralogical study of the converter slag from Zambia shows that the main phase is magnetite(Fe3O4) rather than fayalite,which is different from majority of converter slags.Most copper exist as a form of metallic copper and sulfide. Reduction-sulfurization smelting is based on reducing smelting.Reducing agent carbon reduces oxide of cobalt and iron,and sulfuring agent FeS forms trickles of matte at high temperature,in the process of assembling and settling of trickles of matte slag is washed,reduced metals of iron,cobalt and sulfide in slag are enriched in the matte to form cobalt matte and be separated from slag due to their intimity to the matte,washing of the matte and their settling.The effect of mass ratio of reducing agent to slag, the mass ratio of FeS to slag,smelting temperature,holding time on the recovery of cobalt and copper during the manufacture of cobalt matte by reduction-sulfurization was illustrated in this paper.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope with EDS are applied to analyze the cobalt matte and slag.The main mineral phases of the slag are fayalite and hercynite.While mineral phases of the cobalt matte are bornite and iron.The recovery of copper and cobalt could reach 97.72%and 95.94%respectively under the conditions.
