冷却速率对Ti-5.8Al-3Mo-1Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.15Si合金组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 通过金相显微术、SEM和TEM等分析测试方法研究了固溶时效处理制度中固溶后冷却速率对Ti-5.8Al-3Mo-1Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.15Si合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果显示:随着固溶后冷却速度的降低,β相中β稳定元素含量逐渐升高,α相稳定元素含量逐渐下降,对次生α相的析出阻力变大,故后继时效析出的次生α相尺寸减小。同时,固溶后合金的初生α相板条宽度增加,可观测到的β相逐渐减少。冷却速度影响合金力学性能的原因在于合金中初生α相,次生α相,β相的比例和形貌的改变。
【Abstract】 The effect of cooling rate after solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-5.8Al-3Mo-1Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.15Si alloy was studied by the OM,SEM and TEM.It is found that as the cooling rate decreases,theβstabilizers increase and theαstabilizers decrease in theβphase,thus the precipitation of secondαphase becomes difficult during sequent aging,and the precipitated secondαphase becomes small.At the same time,the lamellar of primaryαbecomes coarse,and the amount ofβphase decreases.The effect of cooling rate on the mechanical properties lies in the change of the amount and pattern of primaryαphase,secondaryαphase andβphase.
