Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo O相合金箔材的加工与性能

【摘要】 介绍了一种采用β相区开坯、α2+B2相区热轧、利用四辊可逆冷轧机冷轧Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo O相合金0.1 mm厚箔材的工艺过程。研究轧后退火和固溶处理对合金箔材组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:退火后合金组织由等轴O相+B2相组成,其中O相(体积分数)约50%;固溶后合金组织由少量等轴O/α2相+B2相组成;经两种热处理工艺处理后,合金均能获得良好的室温拉伸性能。
【Abstract】 A technology of rolling of Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo orthorhombic alloy foil was introduced,which is blooming inβfield,rolling inα2+B2 field and cold rolling by 4-high reverse cold roll mill.The effects of heat treatments on the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of the orthorhombic alloy foil were also discussed.The results show that the equiaxed O phase and B2 phase microstructures with 50%(volume fraction) O phase are obtained by annealing treatment;a little equiaxed O/α2 phase and 52 phase microstructures form by solution treatment.The room temperature tensile properties of foil by annealing or solution treatment are well.
