氧化铝连续碳酸化分解过程大时滞控制系统

【摘要】 连续碳酸化分解氧化铝是氧化铝生产的关键工序之一。其工艺流程长,控制系统具有大时滞特性,产品质量和产量受上游工序、CO2流量和提速风压力等因素影响,难以实现闭环稳定控制,影响氧化铝生产过程稳定运行,增加能耗。论文分析了连续碳酸化分解控制系统产生大时滞特性的原因,说明了闭环控制系统不稳定的本质是由大时滞特性使反馈信息发生时间错位,提出了基于动态矩阵的时间对应控制策略,分析了其稳定性。仿真实验结果证实该控制策略的有效性,在某厂连续碳酸化分解生产实际应用效果良好,氧化铝分解率和合格率明显提高。

【Abstract】 Continuous Carbonization of alumina is one of the key processes of alumina production.It is a long process,the control system forms the characteristics of large time delays,product quality and output is influenced by the upstream processes,flow and speed up air pressure factors.It is difficult to achieve closed-loop stability control.It constrains stable and energy consumption of alumina production process.Paper analyzes the reasons of the continuous carbonation decomposition control system to produce multiple time-delay characteristics and explain that the nature of closed-loop control system instability is caused by the long time delay feature making feedback time of occurrence dislocation.Proposed a control strategy that based on self-adjustment parameters of dynamic matrix of time correspondence of self-regulating(TCPA) control strategy.Discussed its stability,simulation results showed that the effectiveness of control strategies TCPA,in a factory producing continuous carbonation decomposition of the practical application of good results,alumina decomposition rate and the pass rate has improved significantly.
