AgNi10低压直流单次分断燃弧机理及电腐蚀形貌的试验研究

【摘要】 本文选用AgNi10触点在昆明贵金属研究所自行研制的电接触试验机上进行了大量的低压直流单次分断电接触实验,并通过SEM对单次分断后得到的触点表面形貌进行了分析,对低压直流分断过程的电弧类型及其转换规律进行了探讨,并研究了低压直流负载中电压、电流对腐蚀形貌的影响及规律特征。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a lot of single breaking electric contact experiments on AgNi10 contactors were conducted under low voltage and direct current with machine developed by Kunming Institute of Precious Metals.SEM was used to observe the corrosion patterns of contactors after single breaking;the arcing types and their transition rules were analyzed;the effects of voltage and current on the corrosion patterns were also discussed.
