低品位硫化锌矿浸出-萃取实验研究

【摘要】 对低品位硫化锌矿进行了细菌浸出、净化和萃取实验研究。研究了浸出液pH值、浸出方式等对细菌浸出过程的影响。结果表明:采用间歇式淋浸,锌浸出率>80%:采用工业二氧化锰进行氧化,石灰石中和除去浸出液中的铁等杂质,可使铁的脱除率大于99.95%以上;最后通过多级萃取和反萃,获得满足电积要求的硫酸锌溶液。
【Abstract】 The bacterial leaching-purification-extraction on low grade ZnS mineral has been carried.The influence of pH values of leaching solution and leaching time on bacterial leaching process has been studied.It shows that leaching rate of zinc is more than 80%using batch spray leaching.The leaching solution is oxidized with industrial manganese dioxide,neutralized with limestone for removing the impurities,for example Fe and so on, which leads deprivation rate of ferrous is more than 99.95%.And multistage extraction and stripping is taken.Then the solution of ZnSO4 which reaches the demands of electrowinning can be obtained.
