多金属矿加压浸出渣的脱硫试验研究

【摘要】 对复杂铜、铅、锌、银多金属硫化矿经加压处理后的加压浸出渣进行了脱硫试验研究,通过分析各种处理方法和物料本身的特点确定了浮选-蒸馏脱硫工艺。考察了浮选过程中矿浆浓度和原渣粒度对浮选结果的影响,结果表明:矿浆浓度10%~20%、原矿粒度、浮选时2号油10g/t,采用一段粗选-二段精选-三段扫选的工艺流程。浮选硫精矿含硫>60%,浮选硫回收率>70%。对浮选得到的硫精矿进行蒸馏处理,元素硫挥发率>98%。由此,确定了处理复杂多金属硫化矿加压浸出渣的脱硫工艺。
【Abstract】 The experimental study on deprivation the element sulfur from the residue,which was from complex polymetallic sulfide concentrate containing copper,lead,zinc and silver after pressure leaching,was carried.Through analyzing every treating approaches and the characterize of material,the technology of floatation-distillation was ascertained.The effects of pulp density and Particle size of the original residue on floatation were reviewed, the results showed that:the sulfur recovery rate of floata- tion was more than 70%,and the content of sulfur concentrate after floating was more than 60%through the technology of first-stage roughing,second-stage cleaning,and third-stage scavenging under the conditions that pulp density was 10%~20%,the granularity was Particle size of the original residue.And the sulfur concentrate was distilled,the evaporation rate was more than 98%.So the technology of floatation-distillation to treat the pressure leaching was ascertained.
