冷轧不锈钢板带生产过程酸洗污泥的处理与利用

【摘要】 不锈钢酸洗过程产生的污泥由于其含有大量重金属离子,尤其是六价铬,被认为是一种危险固体废弃物,如何处理是引起高度关注的问题。本文从酸洗污泥的产生过程入手,对污泥的组成进行了分析,并从综合利用的角度出发,对污泥返回利用的相关问题进行了探讨,对不锈钢酸洗污泥的综合处理和利用具有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 Stainless sludges produced in stainless steel pickling process is hazardous with the heavy metal elements,especially Cr6+.Based on the waste water processing in pickling process,the compositions of the sludges are analyzed.The relevant matters are discussed for sludge recycling use,such as dewatering, desulpunzing,and reduction.The results will be of reference significance to recycling use of sludges produced in stainless steel pickling process.
