富硼渣硫酸法制备硼酸的研究
Study on Preparation of Boric Acid from Boric Acid Using Sulfuric Acid Method

【摘要】 X射线衍射分析(XRD)方法分析表明,富硼渣中的硼组分主要以Mg2B2O5形式存在。考察了硫酸用量、液固质量比、反应时间、反应温度、搅拌强度等因素对富硼渣中硼浸出率的影响。结果表明,当硫酸用量为理论用量的85%,液固质量比为5,反应时间为60min,反应温度为95℃,搅拌速度为60r/min时,富硼渣中硼的浸出率能够达到93.40%。
【Abstract】 X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that the main phase of boron in the boron-rich slag is Mg2B2O5 Significant factors for the leaching rate of boron,such as the amount of sulfuric acid,the ratio of liquid to solid,reaction time,reaction temperature and stirring intensity,were taken into account.Expert- mental results show that,when the 85%of theoretical amount of the sulfuric acid was added to the boron-rich slag,and the ratio of liquid to solid was 5,reaction time was 60 min,reaction temperature was 95℃,stirring intensity was 60 r/min,the leaching rate of boron of boron-rich slag could reach 93.40%.
