【摘要】 对3炉SPHE钢的CSP连铸坯断面非金属夹杂物数量和粒度分布进行了研究。结果表明:连铸坯断面厚度方向,夹杂物面积百分数分布较单位面积夹杂物个数分布较起伏;连铸坯断面宽度方向单位面积夹杂物个数和夹杂物面积百分比分布都较平稳;夹杂物粒度分布变化规律是同粒度夹杂物从内弧和外弧向中间先呈现减少的趋势,然后上升,在中线处夹杂物最多,夹杂物颗粒越小,这种规律表现得越明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The number and size distribution of non-metallic inclusions of CSP billet cross-sections of 3 SPHE steels were studied. The results showed that in the thickness direction of billet cross-section,the distribution of the area percentage of non-metallic inclusion was more fluctuate compared with that of the number of the inclusion;in the width direction,the distribution of the number and area percentage of the inclusions were both rather stable.The variation of particle size distribution of inclusions was that the number of a sane size particles of inclusions had first a downward trend,and then a rise from both inside and outer arc to the middle,and then reached to a maximum in the midline.The smaller the particle size of inclusions was,the more remarkable it was.更多还原
