双辊薄带连铸布流系统的正交实验研究

【摘要】 采用1:1的物理模型,对某钢厂双辊薄带连铸布流系统的工艺参数进行研究。通过正交实验设计分析的方法,得到了双辊薄带连铸布流系统的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,对布流系统布流效果影响最主要的因素是:拉速、浸入液面深度和分配器高度。拉速60m/min、液位280mm、分配器高度20mm、浸入深度为15mm时的布流效果最好。
【Abstract】 A 1:1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on similarity criteria.Process parameters were investigated to improve the stream distribution condition of the metal delivery system and the optimal parameters could be obtained through the orthogonal method.The experimental results demonstrate that:(1) The main factors on the delivery system are casting speed,the depth of plate below the level and the height of the distributor.(2) The optimal stream distribution condition are found when the casting speed is 20 m/min,the level of the molten pool is 280 mm, the height of distributor is 20 mm,and the depth of plate below the level is 15 mm.
