含硫酸铅物料的碳酸盐转化试验研究

【摘要】 对富含硫酸铅的物料进行了碳酸化处理,通过试验确定了合适的碳酸化试剂:碳酸氢铵+氨水。考察了转化剂用量、液固比、转化时间、转化温度等因素对硫酸铅转化率的影响,并确定了最佳的试验条件。结果表明:在液固比为3:1,碳酸氢铵+氨水用量为理论量的1.2倍,转化时间为30min,温度为室温时,硫酸铅的转化率最高可达~88%。并对转化过程的动力学过程进行了分析,认为碳酸氢铵+氨水作为转化剂转化硫酸铅的过程完成的比较快,但是进行的并不是很彻底,其原因是在此过程中生成的碳酸铅固体包裹了硫酸铅物料,阻碍了律速步骤扩散的进行。
【Abstract】 The appropriate reagent of carbonate conversion was ascertained through the experimental study on carbonate conversion from material containing lead sulfate.It was NH4HCO3+NH3·H2O.Through analyzing the effects of the dosage of conversion reagent,liquid-solid ratio,conversion time and temperature on conversion rate of lead sulfate,the optimal conditions were ascertained.The results showed that:the conversion rate of lead sulfate was about 88%under the conditions that liq- uid-solid ratio was 3:1,the dosage of NH4HCO3+NH3·H2O was 1.2 times of theoretical value,conversion time was 30 min and temperature was room temperature.And it showed that the conversion process using NH4HCO3+NH3·H2O finished very soon, but was not thorough through analyzing the kinetics of conversion. Its reason was that lead sulfate was packed by lead carbonate, which hindered the diffusion.
