不同钙基固硫剂CaCO3,Ca(OH)2在煤粉燃烧中固硫性能比较
Comparison between Sulfur Fixing Character of Different Ca-Based Sulfur Fixing Agent CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2 for Coal Powder Combustion

【摘要】 计算了CaCO3,Ca(OH)2分解的热力学函数,比较了两者在1100℃分解倾向性的大小。动力学实验结果表明Ca(OH)2分解温度低于CaCO3的分解温度,即Ca(OH)2较CaCO3易于分解。但高温条件下多孔状CaO表面形成烧结,对煤粉的固硫实验表明过早得到CaO并不能显著提高对煤粉的固硫率。
【Abstract】 The thermodynamic function of CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2 decomposition reaction was calculated and the degree of CaCO3, and Ca(OH)2 decomposition were compared at 1100℃.Dynamic experiment results showed that decomposition temperature of Ca(OH)2 was under that of CaCO3.It means that Ca(OH)2 de- composition is easier than CaCO3.But porous CaO surface was sintered easily in high temperature.The experiments of sulfur -fixing for coal powder combustion showed the efficiency of sulfur-fixing will not be remarkably increased if converse CaO from CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2.
