Fe-Sn合金体系中Sn析出规律研究

【摘要】 利用带有能谱仪的扫描电镜分析研究了Fe-10%Sn和Fe-2%Sn两种不同成分合金不同温度下锡的析出规律,以及硫化物夹杂对锡析出的影响。结果表明:Fe-10%Sn合金1600℃淬火,含锡相在晶界、晶内均有析出;1120℃淬火,含锡相沿晶界析出;650℃淬火,出现明显的沿晶裂纹。Fe-2%Sn合金1600℃淬火,没有含锡相析出;而在1120和850℃淬火时,含锡相都沿晶界析出。合金中(Fe,Mn)S夹杂可以作为锡析出的形核核心。

【Abstract】 The Precipitation behavior of Sn-enriched phases at different temperatures in Fe-10%Sn and Fe-2%Sn alloys and the effect of sulphides inclusions on it were investigated in this study. The results showed that for Fe-10%Sn alloys,Sn-enriched phase was found both inside grains and at grain boundaries in the water -quenched sample at 1600℃,Sn-enriched phase precipitated at grain boundaries in the water-quenched sample at 1120℃,and there were many cracks along grain groundaries in the water -quench sample at 650℃.For Fe-2%Sn alloys,Sn-enriched phase was not found in the water-quenched sample at 1600℃, but there were Sn-enriched phases precipitated along grain boundaries in the water-quenched sample both at 1120 and 850℃. (Fe,Mn)S inclusion was found to be the nucleation of Sn precipitation in the alloys.
