Ni-Mo合金结构及其耐腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 在碱式碳酸镍溶液中采用电沉积技术获得了不同Mo原子含量的非晶纳米晶Ni-Mo合金。用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)测试技术研究钼原子含量与非晶态含量及其结构之间的关系。实验发现,当Mo含量<18at.%时,镀层结构以纳米晶为主;当Mo在20at.%~28at.%之间时,镀层以非晶态结构为主,且含量均在60wt.%以上,此时镀层的析氢过电位最低,耐腐蚀性能最好。当Mo含量>28at.%时,镀层结构具有较多的晶体缺陷,此时镀层合金的耐腐蚀性能降低。
【Abstract】 The amorphous/nanocrystalline Ni-Mo alloys coating with different Mo content(atom content) was obtained by electrodeposition in alkaline nickel carbonate solution.Using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) to describe the relationship between the Mo content and the amorphous content of the deposited Ni-Mo alloys coating.It was found that when the Mo content is low to 18 at.%,the deposition is composed of nanocrystalline with a good hydrogen evolution activity. Between in 20 at.%~28 at.%,the deposition was composed of amorphous phase up to more than 60 wt.%proportion,and thus the deposition is in the lowest over potential for hydrogen evolution reaction with a better anti-corrosion property.When the content was exceeding 28 at.%,the deposites performance was of crystalline properties with more crystal defects for an inferior corrosion resistance.
