镁对电沉积锌的影响
Effect of Magnesium Ion on Electrodeposited Zinc

【摘要】 通过改变电积液温度和镁离子浓度,研究了镁离子对电沉积锌的电流效率和电能消耗的影响。测定了不同温度和镁离子浓度下电积液的密度、粘度、电导率。结果表明:随着温度降低和镁离子增加,电积液密度和粘度呈增加趋势;随着温度增加和镁离子降低,电积液的电导率增加。镁离子浓度一定时,温度升高电流效率的降低和电能消耗的提高;温度一定时,镁离子浓度降低,有利于电流效率的提高和电能消耗的降低。最后得出,镁离子超过15g/L时,就不能进行正常的电积锌。
【Abstract】 the effect of Mg2+ on Current Efficiency and Electrical Power Consumption of electrodeposited zinc was researched through changing temperature of sulfate electrolyte and Mg2+ concentration.Sulfate electrolyte Density,Viscosity and Electrical Conductivity were determined at the difference of temperature and Mg2+ Concentration.The result shows that Sulfate Electrolyte Destiny and Viscosity show increasing trend with decreasing temperature and increasing Mg2+ concentration.Sulfate electro- lyte Electrical Conductivity increases with increasing temperature and decreasing Mg2+ Concentration.At the certain Mg2+ Concentration, Current Efficiency decreases and electrical power consumption increases with increasing temperature.At the certain temperature,Current Efficiency increases and Electrical Power Consumption decreases with decreasing Mg2+ concentration.Finally, Electrodeposited Zinc can not be normal when Mg2+ concentration is more 15 g/L.
