【摘要】 为有效富集低品位氧化锌矿氨浸液中锌离子浓度,本文提出新型萃取剂2-乙酰基-3-氧代-二硫代丁酸-十四烷基脂（Y0RS）从Zn²⁺-NH₃-NH₄⁺-H₂O体系萃取锌。研究结果表明,在有机相组成5 0%YORS+45%H+5%P、相比A/0=2:1、温度298.15K、振荡时间5min、总氨浓度2mol/L、水相初始pH值为9的最优条件下,锌的平均萃取率高达95%以上,分配比Dex=54.5。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enrich zinc concentration in ammonical leaching solution of low grade of zinc oxide ores,2-acetyl-3-oxo-2 thio acid-14 alkyl ester,a new extractant named as YORS,has been proposed to solvent extract zinc ion from Zn²⁺-NH₃-NH₄⁺-H₂O solutions.The obtained results show that the average extraction ratio of zinc is larger than 95%under the following optimum conditions: organic phase composition of 50%YORS+45%H+5%P,phase ratio A/O=2:1,T=298.15K,agitation time 5min,total ammonium concentration of 2mol/L,initial pH value of 9,while the distribution ratio of zinc can reach 54.5.更多还原
