【摘要】 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及规律,并分析原因,提出预警信息,以促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2009年上报的349份ADR报告分别就患者既往药物过敏史、药品信息、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、ADR报告类型、严重病例来源等方面进行回顾性分析。结果 :在349例ADR中,有既往药物过敏史的患者40例,占11.46%。引起ADR前15位药物中,抗菌药物10种,占66.7%;药品剂型分布以注射剂为主(385个,占86.9%);ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见(167例,占47.85%)。63%的严重病例发生在基层诊所和医疗机构,经我院积极治疗均治愈或好转。结论 :应重视患者药物过敏史,深入开展ADR病例的用药分析、评价工作,发现预警信号,加大对基层诊所或医疗机构医师培训力度,提高合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the occurrence and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADRs),analyze the reasons,and provide precaution information for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:There were 349 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2009,which were retrospectively analyzed in respect of patients’ history of drug allergy, drug information,organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations, types of ADR reports and source of serious cases.Results:In 349 cases of ADR,40 cases(11.46%) had the history of drug allergy.There were 10 kinds of antibacterials in the top 15 drugs caused the most ADR cases,accounting for 66.7%.Related to the drug formulations was mainly injection(385cases,86.9%).Lesions of skin and its appendants were the main clinical manifestations(167cases,47.85%).63%of severe cases occurred in primary clinics and medical institutions,which had already been cured or improved by the active treatment in our hospital.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the patients’ history of drug allergy,and the analysis and evaluation of ADR cases’ drug use and the training work of primary physician should be intensified to improve the level of rational drug use and ensure safety of drug use.更多还原
