【摘要】 目的了解我院乳腺手术患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况。方法对2010年4月至2010年6月期间我院155例乳腺手术患者手术情况及围手术期所应用抗菌药物种类、用药时机、用药疗程、感染情况、住院费用等指标进行统计分析。结果 155例患者围手术期抗菌药物使用率为87.7%,第一代头孢菌素使用率为75%;带入手术室在术前0.5～2h用药的35份,占22.6%,平均用药天数为3d。63.2%的病历仅用药一次或未用药,抗菌药物平均费用为455.46元,占住院总费用的4.37%,占药品总费用的29.1%。结论我院实施新的手术方式、单病种临床路径、抗菌药物多种管理措施具有可行性和有效性,对促进安全、有效、经济地使用抗菌药物起到了积极的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the preoperative situation of prophylactic use of antibacterials in our hospital of 187 patients undergoing breast surgery.Methods The perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterials of 155 patients in our hospital undergoing breast surgery between April to June in 2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of drug variety,medication using time,treatment period,infection,total cost etc. Results In 155 cases,87.7%patients undergoingbreast surgery used antibacterials in the perioperative period.The usage rate of first generation cephalosporins was 75%.The patients started antibiotic applying ration within 0.5～2 hours before operation accounted for 22.6%(35 cases).Most of patients used antibacterials only once or not used(63.2%).The patients,total Antibacterial drugs costs was 455.46 yuan on average, with the cost of total cost 4.37%and the total drugs cost of 31.6%.Conclution It is practicable and effective with new surgical methods and to implement rational drug use where intervention was carried out in our single disease clinical pathway,since it plays an active role on promoting safety,effectively and economic use of antibiotic.更多还原
