维生素B6对利奈唑胺相关血细胞减少的影响

【摘要】 目的观察预防性应用维生素B6辅助治疗对利奈唑胺相关红细胞、血小板减少的作用。方法采用回顾性分析,将接受利奈唑胺治疗的感染患者38例,根据其是否在治疗过程中应用维生素B6,分为利奈唑胺组和利奈唑胺联合维生素B6组,比较维生素B6在利奈唑胺的用药过程中对红细胞和血小板降低的作用。结果利奈唑胺组红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞比积、血小板均有降低,治疗第三天起红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞比积与用药前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第十天起血小板与用药前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而利奈唑胺联合维生素B6组患者的红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞比积和血小板在治疗过程中没有发生明显的变化,各观测时点的红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞比积和血小板与用药前相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是血小板已经有下降的趋势。结论维生素B6在预防利奈唑胺相关的红细胞和血小板减少方面有一定的作用,以红系作用更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and evaluate the role of vitamin B6 application,as a preventive, auxiliary therapy,in relieving linezoild-associated erythropenia and thrombocytopenia.Methods:A retrospective analysis is employed.38 infected patients receiving linezoild therapy are divided into two groups,i.e.the linezoild group and the linezoild + vitamin B6 group,the line of division being whether vitamin B6 is to be applied or not in the course of treatment.The purpose is to evaluate the role that vitamin B6 plays,during the process of linezolid theropy,in the relief of erythropenia and thrombocytopenia.Results:The subjects in the linezoild group all exhibit a decrease in red blood cells （RBC）,hemoglobin（HB）,hemotocrit（HCT） and platelets（PLT）.On the 3^rd day,red blood cells （RBC）,hemoglobin（HB） as well as hemotocrit（HCT） among the subjects,in comparison with those before the experiment,begin to diverge,which is surely of statistical significance（P<0.05）.The same may be said with the disparities between the platelets on the 10^th day of,and those before,the experiment （P<0.05）.Whereas,no obvious change is detected among the subjects in the linezoild + vitamin B6 group in the levels of the items mentioned above.In the middle of the experiment,lab parameters collected on different days regarding red blood cells（RBC）,hemoglobin（HB）,hemotocrit（HCT） and platelets（PLT）,compared with those before the prescription is applied,possess no statistical significance（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Our study find that the vitamin B6 usage may prevent the complications of linezoild-associated erythropenia and thrombocytopenia for patients with sepsis, especially for preventing erythropenia.更多还原
