【Abstract】 Cytochrome P450(CYP) is a family of the body’s more powerful detox enzymes that involves in the biotransformation of various endogenous and exogenous compounds including clinical drugs.In rencent years,there is more advancement for the structure and function of cytochrome P450,especially the effect of drug metabolism.This article reviews the new advancement that namely、effect and distribution of CYP in vivo,genetic polymorphism and drug metabolism correlative CYPS.更多还原
