【摘要】 目的探讨"3R"的"优化"在保健食品研发过程中应用。方法在事先调研受试品成分的基础上,采用"优化"设计的方法,对四组小鼠进行缓解疲劳和增强免疫功能的8项指标试验。结果。(1)获得受试品对小鼠机体8项影响作用的信息。初步判断产品具有缓解疲劳和增强免疫的作用。(2)用120只小鼠就完成了原本要用280只小鼠才能完成的实验。结论采用实验方案设计和实验指标选定的优化方法,可以用少量的动物得到研发过程所需的更多的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The application of 3R in health food function experiment was studied.Methods Eight item for releasing tired and increasing immune function were conducted by adopting"refinement"methods,on base of the contents of tested samples.Results(1)The releasing tired and increasing immune function was occurred in all of the tested samples.(2) The new method can decrease the number of laboratory mice from 280 to 120 in a 8 item a target experiment.Conclusion The refinement method combining with designed requirement method could got necessary information needed by using reducing number laboratory animals.更多还原
