【摘要】 <正>Aims:Celastrol is one of active compounds extracted from the root bark of the Chinese traditional medicine Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook F.,and has been used as a natural remedy for inflammatory conditions and anti-cancer treatment for years.Despite the promising anti-tumor capabilities,the animal experiments presented in previous studies revealed the body weight loss of celastrol-injected mice,indicating that the toxicities may threaten the clinical use of this compound as an anticancer drug.Thus it would be necessary to develop low-toxicity with high更多还原
