替莫唑胺联合美罗华治疗复发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(附1例报告)

【摘要】 目的:探讨复发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的治疗。方法运用替莫唑胺150mg/m~2.d,连用5天,联合美罗华(利妥昔单抗)750mg/m~2,每周一次,连用两次,经ommaya囊向侧脑室注射,28天为一个疗程。治疗复发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤1例。并结合文献进行讨论。结果本病例使用替莫唑胺联合美罗华二线治疗复发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤达到完全缓解,副作用轻。结论进一步对本病的病理,临床特点加深认识,对提高本病的治疗有益
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the recurrence of the central nervous system lymphoma treatment.Methods:temozolomide 150mg/m2.d,MS 5 days,the United MabThera(Rituximab) 750mg/m2,once a week,two MS,ommaya capsule to the lateral ventricle injection,a 28-day course of treatment.The treatment of relapse of the central nervous system lymphoma in 1 case. And discuss literature.result one of this case use of temozolomide and Rituximab joint second-line treated of the recurrent central nervous system lymphoma achieved complete remission,the side effects was light.conclusion:Further of the pathology of the disease,a better understanding of the clinical features,enhance the beneficial treatment of the disease.
