【摘要】 <正>Transferrin(TF),an iron-binding glucoprotein,plays complex physiological roles related to cell function,differentiation and proliferation.Previous studies indicated that the expression of TF gene was regulated by methylation at cellular level.To explore the relationship between methylation and gene expression at individual level,we generated a number of human TF transgenic mice,in which hTF gene expression was driven by rabbit TF promoter and enhancer.The structure analysis showed that abundant CpG sites were within the rabbit TF promoter.The transgenic mice with single copy of the transgene were selected to determine the hTF transcripts in different tissues.Meanwhile,the
