红麻6个重要农艺性状的QTL定位

【摘要】 一些重要农艺性状对红麻生产有着很重要的影响,研究这些性状有利于今后红麻的分子辅助育种。本研究利用来自埃及的栽培种阿联红麻与实验室育成的高产抗病优质栽培新品种福红992杂交后自交衍生162个F2:3家系为材料,通过一年两点的随机区组田间试验,研究了红麻株高、茎粗、节数、单株鲜皮重、单株干皮重、种子千粒重6个重要农艺性状。相关分析表明,除种子千粒重外其它性状之间均存在明显的正相关。采用基于混合线性模型的复合区间作图法,在两地共定位了2个株高QTL、2个茎粗QTL、2个节数QTL、1个单株鲜皮重QTL、2个单株干皮重和2个种子千粒重QTL,这些QTL在连锁群上分布不均匀,具有集中分布的特点。研究表明,数量性状间的表型相关可能源于控制数量性状的QTL位点间的相关。
【Abstract】 The agronomic traits are very important factors affecting yield.Dissecting genetic control of these traits can facilitate the breeding of new kenaf cultivars by marker -assisted selection(MAS).In this investigation,using a population with 162 F2:3 individuals from the cross of two lines Alian kenaf(from Egypt) and Fuhong 992(from our lab) with fine qualities of high quality and disease resistance,two location field tests were conducted in Baisha and Putian in 2008,with a randomized complete block design,to charactererize six agronomic traits:plant height,stem diameter,number of nodes,fresh bark weight per plant, dry bark weight per plant,1000-seed weight.Correlation analysis of field performance indicated that all of them were significantly positive correlative except 1000-seed weight.The objective of this study was to identify QTLs controlling partial agronomic traits in kenaf.Utilizing data of field tests and MCIM method,as the results,two QTL of plant height,two QTL of stem diameter,two QTL of number of nodes,one QTL of fresh bark weight per plant,two QTL of dry bark weight per plant,two QTL of 1000-seed weight.All of these QTL distributed unevenly on chromosomes and trended to cluster together.According to analysis of this investigation,the phenotype correlations of quantitative traits may result from the correlations of QTL controlling those traits.The present study would provide a better understanding for the genetic control and further fine mapping of agronomic traits in kenaf.
