圆果黄麻雌性不育突变体鉴定及其生理生化初步研究

【摘要】 以圆果黄麻粤圆6号不育突变体为材料,对该不育突变体材料的花粉粒进行花器官的形态观察、碘染实验、体外萌发实验及田间授粉实验,结果表明,该突变体为雌性不育。并对不育突变体和正常可育的粤圆6号材料不同时期的功能叶和花蕾中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的动态变化进行了初步研究。雌性不育突变体功能叶中的可溶性糖在现蕾前期的含量略低于正常对照材料;进入现蕾期和结实期,不育突变体材料可溶性糖比正常可育材料分别高出16.0%、33.3%。而正常对照的可溶性蛋白在各个时期都比不育突变体材料高。进入生殖生长期,在花蕾的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白,在可育材料都比不育突变体材料的表达要高。上述代谢表达差异可能与雌性不育发生有关。
【Abstract】 Iodine-dye assay,sprouting of microdiode assay in vitro and morphological observation of floral organ and pollination experiment in fieldwere taken to identify the jute Yue Yuan 6 sterile mutant,the rusults show the mutant is female-sterile.Meanwhile, we studied the dynamic change of dissoluble sugar and dissoluble protein in different stage of functional leaf and flower on jute Yue Yuan 6 sterile mutant,and the fertile jute Yue Yuan 6.The results show that the dissoluble sugai’s content in the sterile materials is lower than in fertile materials in bud prophase in functional leaves,however,the dissoluble sugar’s content in the sterile materials is higher than in normal nourish materials in bud phase and productive phase and these two values are respectively 16.0%and 33.3%. And the dissoluble protein’s content are higher in normal nourish materials than in sterile materials in every stage in leaf.In alabasrum after reproductive growth period,the dissoluble sugar and the dissoluble protein’s content are all higher in normal nourish materials than in sterile materials.The expression of metabolic difference of above-mentioned may be related to the female infertility.
