【摘要】 新汶矿区现大多数矿井都已进入深部开采,平均开采深度已超过1000米,是我国开采深度最大的矿区之一。冲击地压是目前威胁煤矿安全生产的第一大灾害,随着深部矿井开采条件的变化,深部冲击地压灾害发生质变,严重威胁矿井安全生产。通过依靠科技进步,更新管理理念,坚持装备升级,建立健全了冲击地压综合防治体系,推行了冲击地压防治的管理规范化、预防管控程序化、预测预报信息化的科学管控模式,突出措施落实到位和超前预防治理,有效预防和避免了破坏性冲击地压事故的发生,实现了"有震无灾"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most mine all has started the deep exploitation in Xin Wen mine area,the average mining depth has been more than 1000 meters,which is one of the most mining depth mine area in China.Rock burst is the first disaster of fhreating the mine safe production,by the change of the mine deep exploitation condition,the essential change of the deep rock burst disaster has occurred,which seriously threats the mine safe production.By depending on technology progress,reforming management concept and persisting in upgrade equipment,the rock burst controlling system has been established,Scientific management mode of management standardization, prevention and control program and forecast information has pursued to control rock burst,the occurrence of destructive rock burst accident is effectively prevented and avoided by measures put in place and advance prevention to realize " There is no disaster of rock burst".更多还原
