双层混凝土组合井壁极限承载力研究

【摘要】 采用平面应变力学模型求出了双层混凝土组合井壁弹性应力解,获得了双层混凝土井壁层间压力的无量纲表达式。充分考虑混凝土在多轴受压状态下强度大幅提高的特点,根据现行混凝土结构设计规范建议的混凝土多轴强度准则(过镇海-王传志强度准则),通过理论推导,获得了内、外层井壁混凝土强度提高系数和井壁几何尺寸、混凝土弹性模量、泊松比之间的关系,提出了双层混凝土组合井壁极限承载力的计算公式,为合理计算双层混凝土组合井壁极限承载力提供了理论依据。研究结果对通过采用双层混凝土井壁降低混凝土的强度等级、大幅降低工程造价具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper,elastic stress solution of double-concrete composite shaft lining was obstained by plane strain model.The dimensionless formula of interface pressure of the double wall was derived.Considering that the concrete strength was largely improved under multi faxial compression,we got the relationships among concrete strength increasing coefficient and geometrical size of inner and outer shaft linings,elastic modulus,and Poisson’s ratio of concrete by theoretical deduction.Then the formulae of double-concrete composite shaft lining ultimate bearing capacity was proposed based on multiaxial strength criterion of concrete(G-W failure criteria),which was advised by the existing design of concrete structure specification.All these provide a theoretical basis for rational calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity of double-concrete composite shaft lining.The results are of great significance to reduce the concrete design strength grade of shaft lining and project cost by using double-concrete composite shaft lining.
