全长粘结式锚杆拉拔数值研究试验

【摘要】 利用现场拉拔试验数据获取的锚杆界面黏结强度参数值,对锚杆拉拔试验进行了数值仿真分析,将其与拉拔试验数据进行对比,验证了FINAL有限元程序中特有的锚杆模型BOLT单元的可靠性与实用性。利用此模型,通过仿真试验对锚杆拉拔试验条件下不同杆长的轴力分布规律进行了对比分析,为锚杆支护界面剪切强度的取值范围提供了可靠依据,获得较大范围内锚杆轴力的分布规律和量值概念,得出采用逐级加荷的方式用锚杆BOLT单元模拟轴力分布,只要保证锚杆轴力分布在该拉拔荷载下沿锚杆长度范围内刚好衰减至零值,则该荷载即为对应长度下锚杆极限拉拔荷载的结论,为锚杆设计提供了一种新思路。
【Abstract】 Using bolt interface strength obtained from field pull test the bolt pull tests are numerically simutated and compared,verify that bolt element is reliable and practical in the finite element program FINAL.With this model,comporting analysis bolt axial force distribution law of the different length bolt pull-out test,and providing a reliable basis for the range of bolt’s interfacial shear strength,and obtain a large range of bolt axial force distribution and value concepts,Concluded that as long as guaranteeing the bolt axial force distribution along the length of rock bolt pullout load justly decay to zero value,then the load shall correspond to the length of the Maximum limit pull load of bolt with the way Progressive Loading and using BOLT element to simulate bolt axial force distribution.This provides a new idea to bolt design.
