水泥基材料裂隙水流动规律的数值研究

【摘要】 利用数值方法分析了水泥基材料断裂面间液态水的流动规律与开裂面粗糙程度与开裂宽度的关系。本文假定水泥基材料断裂表面为惰性表面,水的流动规律服从层流规律,依据实测的水泥基材料断裂面形貌确定流体的计算边界。裂缝表面形貌使用了大尺度激光扫描仪测定,表面的粗糙度使用了分形维和长度比来确定。根据本文计算,流量和裂缝宽度的三次方呈较好的线性关系,裂缝表面的粗糙度对流量有明显的影响,其影响随裂缝宽度的增大而逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 The influence of surface roughness and opening width on water flow behaviors in cracks of cement-based materials is investigated numerically.The fracture surface is assumed to be inert to water and the water flow to be laminar in its steady state.The boundary for water flow is taken from the topographical measurement of material fractured surfaces.The topography of fractured surfaces was scanned by large-scale laser profilometer and the surface roughness is calculated by fractal dimension and projective length ratio.On the basis of numerical results,a linear relationship is observed between flow rates and cubic of crack opening width,the influence of surface roughness is important for flow rate but its importance is decreased with the crack opening width.
