分布式传感光纤测量SMW工法基坑H型钢变形试验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种利用分布式光纤传感技术测量SMw工法基坑H型钢受力变形的新方法。通过布设在H型钢表面的分布式传感光纤,可以实时测量H型钢在基坑开挖过程中特定部位的连续应变分布,再据此计算出H型钢的弯矩和挠度。现场试验表明,该方法可以准确获得H型钢的受力变形状态,其测量结果与测斜仪实测的水平位移相吻合。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method to measure the deformation of H-pile in SMW pit by distributed fiber optic sensing technology.First,a set of fiber optic sensor is fixed on the surface of H-pile.Then,the H-pile is installed in the SMW pit as a part of exterior-protected construction.In the course of pit excavation, the distributed strain measurements can be got in real time.By calculating,these strain measurements are transformed into the bending-moment and deflection of H-pile.In order to verify the reliability of the method,a field test is carried out.It shows that the deformation of H-pile can be measured precisely by this method, especially the deflection measurements are close to the data of pit inclinometer.
