地质聚合物混凝土的制备及工程应用前景

【摘要】 地质聚合物混凝土是以地质聚合物为胶凝材料制备的一种具有优异性能的新型混凝土类材料,国内外研究认为,该材料在工程中应用潜力巨大,尤其是在工程安全与防护领域。本文试验研究了利用粉煤灰和矿渣两种工业固体废弃物来制备地质聚合物混凝土的方法,在试验的基础上分析了地质聚合物混凝土在工程中尤其是在工程安全与防护领域的应用前景。研究结果表明,以粉煤灰和矿渣为原料,以液体硅酸钠水玻璃和氢氧化钠为激发剂,在标准养护条件下可以制备出28d抗压强度高达56.4MPa以上的地质聚合物混凝土,强度特性稳定;和普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土相比,地质聚合物混凝土原料来源广泛,能耗低,对环境友好,力学性能优异,在某些场合可能代替普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土,进一步应用研究具有重要意义,在工程上尤其是在工程安全与防护领域的应用前景良好。

【Abstract】 Geopolymer concrete is a new kind of concrete which exhibits superior properties and is made from geopolymer. According to the studies at home and abroad,it have enormous application potential,especially in the field of engineering security and defense.In this paper,the preparation experimentation of geopolymer concrete made by fly ash and slag was carried out,in the basis of experimentation,the application prospect of geopolymer concrete was discussed.The results showed that geopolymer concrete could be prepared by sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide-activated slag and fly ash under criteria curing regime,the 28d compressive strength can reach 56.4MPa,the strength property was stable;compared to ordinary Portland cement concrete,the raw material sources of geopolymer concrete was extensive,the consume of energy was low,the mechanic properties was superior,and it was friendly to the environment;in some occasion,it could replace Portland cement concrete;It is very significative to carried out more studies,the engineering application prospect is favorable, especially in the field of engineering security and defense.
