抛掷爆破对内排土场边坡稳定性影响的实验模拟研究

【摘要】 针对黑岱沟露天煤矿实行抛掷爆破对内排土场边坡的影响,通过相似模拟实验及白光散斑观测方法与数值模拟计算相结合研究边坡的稳定性。结果表明:在相似模拟实验中,爆破可将煤层上覆大量岩石抛掷出去,形成沉降漏斗,沉降约17cm,块度较为均匀。内排土场在爆破后会引起物料底部和煤层底板交界处发生微小错动,引起边坡的物料区整体发生水平位移,数值大小在0-0.004mm之间,且整个观测区域都发生沉降,沉降位移最大发生在坡顶附近处,最大可达0.007mm,坡面下方沉降位移相对较小。与数值模拟得到的结果吻合性较好。综合分析后,爆破引起内排土场边坡发生微小的位移,但不会影响内排土场的安全稳定。

【Abstract】 For the opencast coal mine of HeidaiGou which putting throwing blasting into practice,aiming at the influences on the inner waste dump slopes,studying on the stability of the slopes by means of combining the similarity simulation experiments,white-light speckle obserbational method and combined with numerical simulation calculation.The results indicated:in the similarity simulation experiments,blasting could throw a great deal of rocks above seam,and form subsidence funnel with about 17cm subsidence and equality lumpiness.After the blasting of inner waste dump,there could be tiny movements where the materiel bottom marching with the coal floor,and arose the level displacements with the whole materiel area of the slopes between 0~0.004mm,even the subsidence happened in all the observation area with the most subsidence displacement of 0.007mm being nearby the top of slope,and the less subsidence displacement under the slope.All of that matched with the numerical simulation results preferably.After the comprehensive analysis,blasting arose tiny movements of the inner waste dump slopes,but these could not influence the security stability of the inner waste dump.
