润扬大桥南汊北锚碇深基坑支护与监测

【摘要】 介绍了润扬大桥南汉北锚碇深基坑工程设计与监测实例。该基坑的地层条件为二元结构,平均开挖深度为48m,为国内第一的深大基础工程。围护结构采用的是1.2m厚的地下连续墙和12道内支撑及32根立柱桩,基坑内共布置有6口深井,基坑外布置有双排降水井进行坑内外降水。并对地连墙变形、支撑轴力、周围地表沉降、土压力、水压力、水位、孔隙水压力等项目进行了观测。通过对监测数据的分析,得出了一些有价值的结论,为今后类似工程设计、施工和监测积累了宝贵的实践经验。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the excavation work of the north concrete anchor deep foundation pit of south branch of Runyang Bridge is introduced.The pit whose size is the largest in China is located at double stratums with the upper clay layer(16m) and the lower sands(32m).The depth of the pit more than 48 meters.The diaphram walls with 12 inner braces and 32 piles are employed to support the pit,together with rows of chemical churning piles under them to hold back underwater.At the same time,six deep well inside and two rows of deep well between the diaphram walls and outside chemical churning piles are used to dewater the pit.During excavation of the pit,the monitoring of normal force of bracing system,soil and water pressure,the water level inside and outside the pit,and the deformation of walls have been worked out.Through comparing,some useful conclusions were obtained.The monitoring work shows that the design of the retaining structure is successful. It provides a practical experience for the design and construction of similar project.
