【摘要】 西航公司技工学校教学楼建筑场地地貌单元属渭河南岸二级阶地。地基湿陷性等级为非自重Ⅱ级。该建筑物为前苏联50年代后期援建项目,近年来,楼房出现严重裂缝,本实录就楼房裂缝的原因进行现场地基勘察,采用钻探、井探和物探相结合的手段,准确查明其形成的主要原因,经勘察确定建筑物上的裂缝主要是由于地基不均匀沉降造成,针对其主要原因采取了简捷有效的地基处理加固措施,在加固期间和加固后该楼正常使用,至今已历时40个月。经沉降观测沉降量极小,且建筑物监测完好,使用正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teching building of technology school of XI’an Avigation Engine Company.The site geomorphologically belongs to the second terrace of the Southem coast of WeiHe,& foundation collapse step isⅡself-weight non-collapse.The Building is one of item which had been built with help of the Soviet Union in laterly 1950’s.In recent years the buildy begins to crack,by way of drilling,well & physical exploration,Nicety find out crackes of the building worked mostly cause,crackes of the building is the result of unequal setdement of foundation of the building.That be deall against mostly cause adopted Foundation Reinforce measure which is simple & convenient well effective.The settement is very litde & the building is used as usual through the settement observation of the buildyin 40 monthes.更多还原
