中美光缆网络系统海洋路由调查中的工程地球物理方法及其应用

【摘要】 中美光缆网络系统是我国首条国际海底光缆主干线,工程地球物理方法是其路由调查的主要手段之一。所采用的多波束回声测深、数字式侧扫声呐与浅地层剖面探测等方法和技术从一个侧面反映了海洋工程地球物理目前的技术水平。所获得的资料为该海底光缆路由条件的综合评价与路由的最终确定提供科学依据,并为路由区浅部地质与不良地质现象等的研究提供了一些新的认识。
【Abstract】 China-US Cable Network System is a principal telecommunication network between China and USA mainland.In its marine route survey in which China region survey is discussed here,engineering geophysical methods play an important role.Methods and techniques used in this survey,such as multibeam echo sounding, digital side scan sonar and subbottom profiling,represent the state of the art of marine engineering geophysical techniques.Data obtained provides scientific basis for the route condition comprehensive evaluation and the final route selection.Meanwhile,data obtained also affords new knowledge about the shallow geology and harmful geological phenomena in the route area.
