岩石冲击作用下的裂纹发展
THE CRACK DEVELOPMENT OF BED OF ROCK COMMINUTION WITH SHOCK LOAD

【摘要】 用自行研制的散体矿岩动态粉碎性能测试装置对岩石料层在5.8×10~1.7×103S-1五种应变率下进行冲击粉碎;利用半自动图象分析系统对粉碎产品在显微镜下观测其内部活化裂纹演化与繁衍的结果。将岩石粉碎过程描述为外部载荷作用下岩石颗粒内部微缺陷演化与繁衍过程,从粉碎效果和裂纹发展两个方面来探讨在冲击作用下岩石料层中粉碎能量的分配。试验及分析结果表明:岩石料层在冲击作用下,随应变率的提高,似表面积相应增加,而单位粉碎功所形成的似表面积却逐渐减少。随能量输入的增加,粉碎产品颗粒中活化裂纹平均长度减小而数目增加,裂纹密度提高,损伤程度加剧。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a setf-made experiment device for rock bad comminution in shock is used to comminute rock bed under a range of strainrates from 5.8×10S-1 to 1.7×103s-1,and the result of the growth and propagation of the microcracks in the dynamic fragmeutary product was examinted.The process of rock comminution may be described as the growth and propagation of the microracks in the rock grains under external loading.In the point of energy consumation, the comminution energy minly distribut between fresh crack surfaces growth-and crack propagationn. The results show that high strainrates produce more fresh crack surfaces,but the product of fresh crack surfaces per unit comminution energy decrease.By adding comminution energy,it produce new crack number increase crack density and demage degree,but the average length of cracks become shorter.
